In implementation of this policy, PHAMIB PHARMACY NIGERIA LIMITED promotes constructive measures for protection of employee safety and health, the environment and compliance with all relevant Nigerians.

Regulations. When contractors are employed by PHAMIB PHARMACY NIGERIA LIMITED they are expected to meet the same standards

in addition to their own legal obligations. Their personnel are regarded and should regard themselves are members of a safety and environmentally-conscious organization.

PHAMIB PHARMACY NIGERIA LIMITED is committed to safety “Protecting people and the Environment" and it is the responsibility of every manager, supervisor, employee, contractor, sub-contract vendor, supplies and service company to comply with PHAMIB PHARMACY NIGERIA LIMITED practices and procedures” for all Operations in Nigeria.

This manual has been designed to assist PHAMIB PHARMACY NIGERIA LIMITED personnel and all others in performing their day-to-day duties safely quality and quantity of work and safely must all be compatible for a company to operate in a day economic environment.

  • Conduct hazed and risk assessments. As needed, to identify characterize, and safely manage any present or future potential hazards of company operations.
  • Ensure conformity with this policy by implementing necessary programs and policies necessary to protect people and the Environment.

Employment is responsible for compliance with the intent of this policy, company produces, practices, and Nigerian laws applicable to their assigned duties and responsibilities.

Accordingly, employees who are 1 unsure of the implications of their actions will be responsible for obtaining management or supervisory guidance.

Line management has the primary responsibility for complying with its policy within their respective functions and authority limits. Line management will communicate this policy to their respective employees and contractors, and will establish programs necessary to ensure its implementation.
